Verifier Hub and Registered page improvements

Sankey diagrams and bar charts became clickable — select a flow or a bar to open its details in a side panel. Emission-factor labels are clickable across Models, Registered and Verifier pages, and a registered model or engagement can be downloaded as XLSX.

Revision requests and round-based verification

Third-party verification became iterative. A verifier can formally request corrections, the client responds and resubmits inside the platform, and each round is tracked through to a final outcome.

The Verifier Hub

End-to-end third-party verification moved inside the platform: the verifier account type, and the whole workflow from a client sending a request to a verifier issuing a formal opinion.

The Registered flow

Models move from editable design into a locked, verification-ready state. A verifier cannot issue an opinion on a model whose inputs are still mutable, so registering is what makes review meaningful. Systems pages were renamed Models in the same release.

Manual verification details and direct emissions in genealogy

Added a way to record verification details against a model, and made direct emissions visible as separate nodes in the genealogy view and as their own section on the Carbon Receipt.

The output-node Verification tab this added was replaced by the Registered flow in April 2026.

Unified System Builder and status tracking

Design and Entry modes merged into one workflow — the Builder and Analyze tabs — with autosave and per-process status indicators. Incomplete, Draft and Approved became visible on the node itself, and AI suggestions started reading the whole system for context rather than one input at a time.

Gap reports and clearer direct-emission nodes

One click scans a whole system and generates a gap report of what is still missing. Direct emissions moved to independent nodes positioned under their parent process.

Advanced analytics and supplier intelligence

Supplier licence tracking under Relations, an explanation report for why a given reference dataset was suggested, a readiness indicator on system templates, and workspace analytics you can export.

Data Marketplace and simplified roles

The Emission Data Marketplace replaced the former global library, giving central access to Ecoinvent, IPCC, US EPA and EPD International. User roles were reduced to Admin, Editor and Viewer, and notes and file attachments were added across system modals.

Reference Emission Data

Life-cycle inventories and emission factors merged into a single Reference Emission Data framework instead of two separate concepts.

EACs as inputs, and AI-suggested inventories

Once a Carbon Receipt is transferred to another account it becomes an Environmental Attribute Certificate for the recipient, and those can be reused as input sources across models without reducing the original. AI began suggesting reference inventories, each one marked and scored for confidence.

Supplier management

A Relations tab for requesting carbon attestation from suppliers and keeping an address book, with supplier onboarding by activation email and a one-time password.

AI-assisted System Builder

A first draft of a product system built from a name and a description, with optional bill-of-materials, EPD or spec upload. AI drafts; you review and approve every node.

Ecoinvent, and export/import

The Ecoinvent life-cycle inventory database became available in the platform, alongside export and import for moving model data in and out.
