A package includes the platform and its support — not the verification service itself. An independent, accredited third party reviews your model and issues the opinion, and they bill that engagement separately. CarbonSig replaces the consultant, not the verifier: you don’t need to pay a consultant $20,000–$60,000+ to build the model, but the verifier stays their own line item.
Until an independent verifier issues an opinion, a number you build on CarbonSig is self-attested — ready for verification, but not verified. Only third-party review earns “Verified on CarbonSig.”

What does a product carbon footprint project cost?
Through traditional LCA consulting, a product carbon footprint project runs $50,000–$200,000 and takes 6–10 months. On CarbonSig it is an annual subscription — $15,000 a year per corporate account — and typically 3–4 months to a verifiable number. The independent verifier’s fee is separate either way.
Is third-party verification included?
No. Third-party verification is not included in any package. A package includes the platform and its support, not the verification service itself — the independent verifier’s review and opinion are arranged and billed separately. CarbonSig replaces the consultant, not the verifier.
What is the difference between Corporate and Enterprise?
Corporate is the platform for one corporate account: one workspace/project, unlimited users, products and systems inside it, technical onboarding training and standard support. Enterprise adds SSO/SAML single sign-on, a dedicated or local instance, full live support with a dedicated success manager and priority SLA, guided onboarding, advanced analytics, and introductory carbon-accounting training alongside the technical training.
Is the Reference Data Library included?
On Corporate, the Reference Data Library and emission factors (ecoinvent) are a paid add-on. On Enterprise they are included, to the extent set in your agreement.
